Shipping

Upon order placement, you will receive an order confirmation to the email provided. You will also receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We aim to ship out your products as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days processing before shipment.

Shipping Costs:

All domestic orders within Australia over $99 receive FREE standard shipping.

All domestic orders within Australia under $99 are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Express shipping for all domestic orders within Australia are calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Standard shipping for international orders will vary based on value, weight and location.

 

Delivery time after processing:

Domestic orders are fulfilled through Sendle. This has an estimated shipment time of 3-10 business days. 

Express Post orders have an estimated time of 1-2 business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas). Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally! The cost is calculated based on the package weight and shipping location.

Please check with your local customs in regard to any fees or regulations relating to our products which we do not cover. 

Order cancellation:

If requested, we will cancel an order before it has been processed. If your order has already entered the dispatch process we are unable to cancel order and it will be necessary to arrange a return.
