How to use
Start with 2–4 sprays on your feet, preferably in the evening. Massage gently into the skin and allow to dry.
As your skin becomes accustomed to the product, you can gradually increase the amount and apply to areas such as the legs, arms, shoulders or lower back.
A mild tingling sensation can occur when using magnesium spray. If the sensation is uncomfortable, reduce the amount applied or return to using it on your feet.
Avoid application to broken or freshly shaved skin.
Suitable for most skin types. Patch test before first use.
